This Refund & Returns Policy explains the circumstances under which products may be returned, replaced, or refunded when purchased through our website or directly from Madaan Pharmaceuticals.

1. Product Returns

Products may be eligible for return or replacement in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective or has a manufacturing-related issue.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
• The package has been damaged during transportation.

For any such issue, customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, herbal, wellness, personal-care, or consumable products may generally not be eligible for return.

Returns may also not be accepted for:

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
• Products without their original packaging, labels, or seals.
• Products returned without prior approval from Madaan Pharmaceuticals.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect storage.
• Products returned after the applicable return period.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with the relevant order details.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

• Order number or invoice details.
• Product name.
• Photographs of the product and packaging.
• Photographs of the shipping package, where applicable.
• A description of the issue.

Our team will review the information and determine whether the product qualifies for replacement or another appropriate resolution.

4. Return Request Period

Any return, replacement, or damage-related complaint should be reported to Madaan Pharmaceuticals as soon as possible after delivery.

The applicable return period, if any, may depend on the product, order, and circumstances of the complaint.

Products should not be sent back without first contacting our team and receiving return instructions.

5. Replacement

Where a return or replacement is approved, Madaan Pharmaceuticals may provide a replacement product, subject to product availability.

Replacement will normally be considered where:

• The wrong product was supplied.
• The product was damaged during delivery.
• The product has a verified manufacturing or quality issue.

If the same product is unavailable, we may discuss an alternative resolution with the customer.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the applicable original payment method or another appropriate method agreed with the customer.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

Shipping or delivery charges may not always be refundable, depending on the reason for the return.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Madaan Pharmaceuticals as soon as possible.

Orders that have already been processed, packed, dispatched, or delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure instead.

8. Return Shipping

Where the return is approved because of an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by Madaan Pharmaceuticals, we may provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For other return requests, shipping or return costs may be the responsibility of the customer, where applicable.

Customers should not send products to our address without receiving return instructions from our team.

Approval of a return does not automatically guarantee a refund if the product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

11. Dealer, Distributor & Bulk Orders

Dealer, distributor, wholesale, institutional, or bulk orders may be subject to separate commercial terms and conditions.

Returns, cancellations, replacements, credit adjustments, and refunds for such orders will be handled according to the applicable order terms agreed between the parties.

Customers should contact Madaan Pharmaceuticals directly for clarification regarding bulk or business orders.
